If you dont have an approved overdraft, then commbank charges $10 per EACH transaction that is done while in overdraft. So for example if you did 5 transactions at maccas while overdrawn, each transaction will cost $10, meaning you're paying $50 in just overdrawing fees.
Hi I have recently got a CommBank credit card to take advantage of the $300 cash back on a $1500 spend. It's the only product I have with them. How do I pay off the card from an external account? When I go to pay it only offers me the option of paying off the credit card using the credit card.
My suggestion to Commbank has been to place those who default regularly by X amount of times be the ones subject to this rule, however, the objectivity of Commbank in doing this outrageous policy change has been to reduce it's staff by some 150 people who had to contend with monthly default issues, the paperwork and phone calls etc. to ...
